yasou tasos,pavlina.   it all started with an e-mail some many months ago and little did we know how amazingly it would turn out despite pavlinas concerns about the weather!!deb and i had two wonderful weeks with you and your other guests[special mention to paul+paula and jackie+jill and sandwiched in the middle a week with 30 friends and family for the most wonderfully relaxed wedding. no words of mine can come close to describing just how special you made us feel except maybe to say see you soon!!!! we truly thank you both.  we are all getting together on sat for a greek night, im incharge of bread,just hope its near to your standard.  take care both, will be in touch   love chris and debs

Everything was just what we needed – back at work now though!!! Say hello to Chris and Debs and Jack and Jill for us!!

Just to say from Jane and me thank you both for the lovely holiday we have just had, your garden is looking good and getting better each year and Antonia is still making a very good job of keeping the “Village” clean,     We came back to very cold weather and Jane has been saying “I would like to go back home to Greece”!, However today the sun is out and we are just off to London to a friends birthday party. Remember us to Elina and make sure she has a nice warm coat for Southampton! Tasos, we hope that your Mother is comfortable.

Dearest Tasos and Pavlina,

It's only been a few days but we miss you so much already.  I was so sad when we came home, on Monday I made a Stifado to make ourselves feel better!  I will post a message on the forum soon, once I work out how to do it, to let you know how very happy we were on our holiday.  I think it is the best holiday we have ever had.

Anyway, I wanted to book our flights etc. for next year so I wanted to confirm that we have Melite booked from 17th August to 31st August 2008.  I was wondering if you could please let us know how much Melite will be for the two weeks so that we can budget for it?

... it's very cold here today.  Oh well, here's looking forward to next year!

Hello Tasos.

Firstly, we had a really good trip home. Our flight had been brought forward to 13:00 and the check in desk was closed when we arrived so a Rep from Thomson got us through a big queue and strait into passport control. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the airport we were in the departure lounge!! Is this a world record?.  We saw Ed and Sue there. Elina was there with her "guy" because they needed the car for somebody in Tsilivi. It looked like they had been waiting for a while so please apologise to Elina  for us although you are to blame as usual for talking us into leaving later than we wanted to!! (LOL).

Anyway, down to business. We have managed to book flights for the 18th May (Sunday). Arrival time is 11:40 so is a good  time for us. If anybody has tried to book Pasithea before us then please have the shotgun ready.

Thanks for a really good time as usual. We met some really nice people this time, Dom Sophie, Steve Kate, Dave Angie,John Ann to name but a few. We especially took to Dave & Angie and and wish that we could have had more time together. They are nice people. It`s the people who come to your place that make it so special and you and Pavlina put the "icing on the cake" I suppose you will have to get the" Google It" out for the last comment. I will of course be filling the forums with all the crap and some good stuff very soon. Hope to see either Elina and Pavlina or just Elina over winter while Oswald is gathering the olives.

I feel so sorry for the poor guy but it will be an experience which he will never forget I`m sure. Of course Sonja and Pavlina will be enjoying the shopping at the same time. Sometimes I wish that I was a woman!

Thank you so much for giving a great holiday in Zakynthos.  Porta del Mar is the nicest place that we have stayed on holiday.  We will certainly come back in the future.

If you plan to come to Scotland, you would be very welcome to stay with us.  We have a separate guest cottage in the garden that sleeps 4.

Hello Tasos, Pavlina, Kostas & Elina,

Many, many thanks to all of you for making our stay so special.  We are taking back fond memories of Porta Del Mar which should help us survive the winter here in Ireland!  We have definitely recharched the batteries.

As mentioned to you Tasos, we are definitely looking at coming back next year. I believed we had talked about the two weeks starting June 29th to July 13th for Calypso.  Could you confirm the price for those two weeks please.

Dear Tasos & Pavlina,

We have been waiting to write to ever since we got back to England but as you knew the day after we returned to England from our holiday with you we moved house and finally we are back online! We read David & Sandra\'s comments and  we think every thing they said they spoke for us as well, We absolutely loved every minute of our holiday and we said we would return in two years time but we can not wait that long so we will see you next year so don\'t forget to set your water sprinklers from 3.30 am to at least 6.00 am!!  It would be fantastic if David & Sandra were to return next year we had a great time with them and also enjoyed the night we all went out Go-Karting and dinner with yourselfs and Penny & Ian, but our boat trip with David & Sandra still holds the best laugh of the holiday.
Tasos & Pavlina once again we can not thank you enough and we look forward to seeing you next year, all the best.

We are so pleased to hear from you.  We got back very late last night after a good flight and have spent today getting back to normal (whatever that is!)

We promised each other that we would e-mail you today to let you know we got back OK and let you know how we feel.

Trouble is - we can't find any words to explain how we feel and how our holiday was because you made it so unbelievably wonderful and we cannot thank you enough for the friendship and kindness you showed us.  We are overwhelmed about the love we felt by you and some of the guests we met (you know who!)  It could have been so different so we know things were 'meant to be'.

You live in a heavenly place and what you have built just adds to the beauty and helps people like us to find paradise.

Thank you so very, very much for the good times - the BBQ with Demetriou and the second one were fantastic.  The dinner you prepared for David and I with candles was so welcome and extremely pleasant.  The Go Karting with Penny and Ian was fantastic with the Chinese meal which is something we will remember forever.  The boat trip with Karen, Danny, Katy and young Jack was exciting and ended well.  Tasos, you showed on numerous occasions that you were there to help - getting petrol, climbing ladders, dancing, singing, football (almost), cooking, gardening (and growing things I liked).  Pavlina, you radiated friendliness and we loved the time we spent with you.  You cooked for us and ran around after us and we respect you very much.

Elina is beautiful.  She works hard, is polite and clearly very intelligent.  Good luck to her in finding a fantastic career and the husband she deserves.

We only met Kostas briefly but he was polite and yes, very handsome.  Good luck to him!

If our friends, Doreen, Marc and their children are still with you, please send them our regards and tell Marc not to drink too much Leffe!  We will send them the book we promised for their son very soon.

Have you heard from Penny yet?  Let me know when you get her address because we haven't heard from her.  Thank you.
