If you are interested in a Zakynthos (Zante) Civil Wedding, while you spend your holiday in one of our luxurious villas, our experienced and special licensed Wedding Coordinator will be happy to provide all the information and total care necessary to organize and arrange in detail your papers for a legal Wedding. We will also be happy to organise the Ceremony and the great Reception – Party of your dreams in our beach-front garden or if you so wish on the beautiful beach in front!
The mystic beauty, the breathtaking sunset, the romantic atmosphere, the deep blue sea, the exotic gardens are just some of the reasons that couples choose our villas for their dream wedding experience and honeymoon.

How to Plan...

It's easy!! Just follow the following steps and leave the rest to us!!
Contact us to make a preliminary reservation for your villa and the desired Wedding date and time.
We will secure the wedding date and time with the Mayors' office and send you the confirmation.
- Make your reservation with us.
- Gather all the necessary documentation and send it to us by courier mail or, if time is running out, you can send documents by fax or email. We should receive documents 21 days prior to your wedding date. If you send documents by fax or email, do not forget to bring the originals with you.
The following documents are required to perform a legal Civil Wedding in Zakynthos or elsewhere in Greece :
FOR EUROPEAN UNION CITIZENS:
• Birth Certificates with an APOSTILLE stamp, translated into Greek
• A "Single Status" letter or letter of NO IMPENDIMENT endorsed with APOSTILLE stamp
"Single Status" is a document issued from your local registrar and insures that there is no problem to get married.
• Photocopies of passports (no translation required)
• If divorced, then the divorce certificate is required (no translation required)

- Where do we obtain the marriage license?
You will sign the legal marriage license after the wedding ceremony and we will collect it form the Mayors' office the following day and deliver it to you. - Is our civil marriage in Greece and Zakynthos legal?
Yes, The Marriage Certificate is a legal document issued by The Greek Government and accepted internationally. - Do you arrange religious weddings in Zakynthos?
Yes, We arrange catholic (in Saint Marcos Catholic Church – Zante Town ) and orthodox weddings. Please contact us for the necessary details. - Where can we have our Wedding Reception?
Our place is among the BESTS of the Island . However, if the number of guests is too high for our garden, we will propose several venues to choose from. - When do we receive our photos?
Photos will be developed the following day and we will deliver them to you, together with the negatives. - We don't have two witnesses for the ceremony.
We will provide the witnesses. - What is the best time to perform the ceremony?
Two hours before the sunset. The camera captures gentle & romantic colors. Daytime is too hot for you and too bright for a camera.

We would just like to say thank you so very much for making our wedding the most relaxing, beautiful and perfect day and week we could ever imagine. Everyone had an absolutely fantastic time saying it was the best holiday they ever had. We can\'t thank you enough for all the hard work you put into making our wedding day everything we wanted and more.
The food was amazing, the villas are gorgeous and you as a family are perfect hosts. Wesley and I loved every second of the wedding day and thanks to your recommendations we have the most beautiful photos to look back on.
Im sure you will have many members of our families returning to holiday with you, Wesley and I are certain to come back in the future to your paradise.

we are back at home. Once again we thank you very much for our wedding day and all week in Porta del Mar. You take care about us like our family :-).
