The villa was first built in 2002 with local natural materials (stone, wood and ceramic), which we kept them to their original shape.
After we bought the villa in 2022, we renovated all its interior from scratch ( living room, new kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and all the furniture) and brought it to a modern luxurious level. It was a blend of the tradition and modern style, so that the guests can enjoy the comfort of today in a traditional and tranquil atmosphere!

The land, where the villa was built covers 515 m2 and it is adjacent to PORTA Del Mar grounds with direct access to our private beach!
