There are two spacious one-bedroom apartments (50 m2 each), tastefully furnished and decorated in earthy tones, aiming at offering you the ultimate comfort and luxury, ready to accommodate couples of any age or families of up to four people. They are both situated next to the older buildings of Porta del Mar beach villas with same panoramic sea views plus infinity pool, divided into two spaces, the living room and the bedroom.

Both apartments are differently designed and decorated. The living room comes with a comfortable sofa bed, equipped with a 40’ Led TV, air conditioning system with cooling and heating function, small fridge, tea/coffee maker, safe and working desk. A window door is leading to a private and fully equipped veranda with exceptional views to the infinity pool and the sea.

The bedroom comes with an extra-large king’s size bed (2X2 m), while the private bathroom (with shower room and bathtub) is equipped with bathrobes, flippers, bath amenities, ample closet space, iron, iron board, and hairdryers. A window door is leading to spectacular views over either the pool or the olive groves fields.
